Hazim Azhar is the co-founder and CEO of The Carpedia, a Malaysian based gig income platform for jobseekers. Prior to The Carpedia, Hazim has 8 years of corporate background with one of Global Fortune 500 Company in Malaysia, holding various technical and commercial roles. This working experience has groomed him to become a passionate entrepreneur and under his leadership, The Carpedia has been recognised by Selangor Information Technology & E-Commerce Council (SITEC) as Top 10 Technology Startup for the year 2020.
His mission with The Carpedia is to create more job opportunities for Malaysians via gig economy. To date, he has helped over 2000 Malaysian jobseekers through The Carpedia’s unique offering.
