The International Conference on Learning and Development (ICLAD) is an annual event organised by TNB Integrated Learning Solution Sdn.Bhd. (ILSAS). Over the years, ICLAD has indeed become an important stage for practitioners to learn, discuss, present, and build networks. This conference would provide a platform for increasing learning and development. The main objective of ICLAD is to empower learning and development by inviting industry leaders and subject-matter experts to share their knowledge about their experiences and the topic of discussion with the conference delegates.
With the theme “Building Resilience: Capability Development in the Face of Change,” ICLAD2023 will be conducted in a blended manner from 21st – 23rd November 2023 and PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) is the official co-organiser. The first two (2) days will be held at Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC), Malaysia face-to-face and online, and on the third day it will be held completely online.
The journey was started in 2017, with the strategic intent to empower learning & development. The theme for ICLAD2023 focuses on topics related to building resilience for the people and organization in pursuing and adapting to change in the industry shift during the energy transition.
The theme for this year’s conference emphasizes on 5 main key topics – Organizational Resilience; Thriving Workforce; Well-Being; Knowledge Management and Sustainability; and Managing Change.
