The International Conference on Learning and Development (ICLAD) is an annual event organized by TNB Integrated Learning Solution Sdn Bhd (ILSAS). Over the years, ICLAD has become an important stage for practitioners to learn, discuss, present, and build networks. This conference would provide a platform for increasing learning and development. The main objective of ICLAD is to empower learning and development by inviting industry leaders and subject matter experts to share their knowledge about their experiences and the topic of discussion with the conference delegates.
The journey was started in 2017 with the strategic intent to empower learning development.
