Alan is a trusted talent advisor to the executive leadership team at Google Cloud. Based in Singapore, he is tasked with scaling one of Alphabet’s fastest growing product areas, in one of it’s fastest growing regions.
His experience encompasses contingent recruitment, RPO & executive search across more than 20 countries. He is experienced in progressive end-to-end leadership hiring, developing strategic hiring plans, extensive global stakeholder management and team leadership & development. Alan has a track record in managing diverse client groups whilst leading strategic staffing programs, projects and work streams. He is passionate about technology, talent acquisition, employer branding and DEI.
